Sunday Update

Well today was a nice day off. Did not do anything at all today, but went shopping for groceries with my lovely wife. Did enjoy my cheat meal on Saturday. Olive Garden's never ending pasta bowl is awesome.

Hopefully everyone had a good weekend. 6am cardio will be here soon. BWC 2011 will be here before I know it. Peace everyone.
