Monday's

Well today was Trish's official first day of full classes with all her students and she came home exhausted.  Picked her p since I used the car today since it has a/c and my truck doesn't.  She got in the car and I swear almost fell asleep on the way home.  Well she only has 4 months till Christmas break.  I did 3 interviews and also got in my shoulder workout.  Somethings have been changed up for my workouts and on my diet.  We have reduced carbs by 50g so workout days are 150g and off days are 50g.  Below is the new shoulder routine.


DB Presses- 6x12 35,45,55,65,76,85
Side Lateral Raises-4x12 15,20,25,30 (did these seated to take away the swing.)
Front DB Raises-3x12 35,45,55 (these were seated also.)
Machine side laterals-7x12 110 (did these very slow)

Rear DB Raises-3x12 20,25,30 (did these on an incline bench and very slow and controlled)
Rear Pec Dec-3x12 55,65,75
Rear Cable Pulls-7x12 40

DB Shrugs-4x12 110,115,120,125
Barbell Shrugs-7x12 225 (did these very slow and held for a count of 2 at the top)

Ok well that was the workout for today.  Was dead by the end of it so did not do any extra cardio.  Did 50 minutes in the morning. I will post new split tomorrow.
