Finally heard from BSN and I am officially cleared to mention them in the blog. I have had a love affair with their product line since '04.

Being a Hany FST-7 boy I do use his EVP for pre and intra workout. I will get my workout from last night up in a little bit. Time for 12oz of turkey and grilled asparagus.
