Howdy

Well back is doing a little better, but still having a few issues so holding off the rest of the week when it comes to lifting. Though I am taking my gear into work so I can do at least 30 minutes on cardio. Hopefully everyone has been doing good. Well weight has been up and down the last days so not going to think to much about it. Had the usual for breakfast
Meal 1 8 egg whites and grits.
Meal 2 was buffalo burgers on whole wheat buns.
Meal 3 will be 60g Syntha 6.
Meal 4 will be 6 oz of chicken, rice and corn
Meal 5 will be 4 oz fish, rice and salad
Meal 6 will be 60g Syntha 6
Meal 7 will be a buffalo burger no bun.
