Labor Day Weekend

Well Saturday was arm day. Not much to report. Was still recovering from being sick so I really did not stress to much over weight. More concentrated on my form and the squeeze at the end of it.

Sunday was leg day and I really killed it. I will starte getting better at putting up my workouts on here. Monday was chest day for me.

Shoulders

Well considering i got home around 7 am and downed enough Nyquil to stun a team of oxen i slept like a baby. Got up around 330 and then headed off to the gym to do shoulders. Still feeling a little under the weather so did not do anything super human today.

Shoulder Presses-- 4-10 (55,60,65,65)
Side Laterial Raises 4-10 (1-25,30,35,40; 1-30,35,40,45; 1-35,40,45,50; 1-40,45,50,55)
Shoulder Front Raises 4-10 (25,30,35,40)
Rear Delts 4-10 (65,65,80,90)
Shrugs 4-10 (225,315,405,405)

Sick

Well I have finally succemb to my head cold. It is kicking my butt right now at work. Why o why me....

Arms and Mexican Food

Well we have officially taken up shop at our new gym. Body USA Fitness in Spring, Texas. It is a bodybuilder/powerlifters dream gym. i drooled on Monday when I walked in.

Ok did arms today and it was killer. Right now everytime I move my arms my skin fells like it is going to rip. What a pump.

Workout was:
Straight bar curls full curl and top half curl 4-10 (45, 95, 115, 115)
Tricep pressdowns 4-10 (100,120,150,150)
Incline bench Skull crushers 4-10 (100,110,110,110) w/One arm overhead ext. 4-10(40 for all)
Incline Curls 3-10 (each hand 25,35,35) Iso curls (35,35,35)
Hammer curls 3-10 (20,30,35)
Forarm Grip machine 2-10 (50,50)

Then we hit the Mexican resturant next door for an all you can eat buffet. I ate a little over a pound of chicken fajitas. They were good and for only 9 bucks it was cheap too.

So on the 1st I started upping my cardio to 30 minutes a day instead of just 2 times a week. Have to say I am hating it honestly. Cardio has never been my favorite thing, but if I am to win my two shows then cardio it is till I fall over on a treadmill. Well I am going to be updating my blog a lot more as we progress through my contest prep.
